I wholeheartedly support large counties ( 60,000 population) using Plan 3 to elect county supervisors. Black Hawk County uses atlarge election of supervisors. The result is that we don't have any county supervisors who live in the rural areas of the county.

I think it makes sense to have districts for county supervisors. The more local our government is, the better the accountability is to every voter. This bill would help rural taxpayers have more say in the way their money is spent.
