You need to add an amendment that guarantees a constitutional right to possess and grow plants.The reason we dont have a plant amendment is because the founders of the Republic would have considered the Republic lost if the right to keep and bear plants was ever infringed by the government.These racist Jim Crow laws need to be repealed.
