The judicial branch is registered undecided on this bill. The judicial branch is concerned by the requirement for clerks to provide in the report the grounds for judgment in any action because clerks are not lawyers and cannot make legal determinations. We are also uncertain what the clerks would capture with regard to "other information the clerk of court determines necessary. The requirement for the clerks to prepare reports could pose significant difficulties.
