A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa providing that the people of the state have a right to hunt, fish, trap, and harvest wildlife.
What is the compelling reason for spending nearly $200,000 in the process of allowing a public vote on this bill? Are Iowa hunters being denied their sport? Hunting is not a fundamental right and doesnt belong in our Iowa Constitution. I oppose this bill but not hunting. Save taxpayer dollars.
