Thank you for the opportunity to comment. UEN and RSAI both support this bill, which reduces redundant reporting, cleans up the board officer term due to change in school board election dates, updates limits, and gives school districts flexibility to deposit proceeds from sales of property to any fund having taken appropriate public transparency measures. We encourage the subcommittee to move the bill forward.
