Margaret Buckton [Rural School Advocates of Iowa]

Rural School Advocates of Iowa are registered in strong support of this temporary waiver of the $6,000 limit on school board members compensation from their school district, in the limited areas of bus driver, school lunch worker or substitute teacher. These positions are in extremely short supply this year, likely more so as all schools resume in person learning no later than Feb 15. This bill makes good sense.
