Both UEN and RSAI are registered as undecided. This bill seems like a common sense clarification about open enrollment good cause. Although we would expect schools to consider change in the child's residence under the good cause exemption of change in the family residence, this specific clarification would help both parents and schools understand the law. We have no objections to this bill.
