The Office of Ombudsman maintains several email lists to facilitate distribution of legislative information to interested persons. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to not divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but the Legislative Services Agency staff who maintain the products produced for these lists.

Some parts of this site require a subscription with a login name and password for access, such as bill tracking. Our web site's logs for these areas may include personally identifiable information. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease this subscriber information to anyone. This information is available only to the Legislative Services Agency staff who maintain these web site services.

The Office of Ombudsman Web Site does collect and store information about internet connections of visitors to the site who read or download information. We use this information to track web site usage, measure site traffic, improve site navigation and information, and provide better services to the public. Information collected may include: the domain name used to access the Internet, the type of web browsing software used to view our site, the date and time of access, and the platform used (i.e. Windows, Macintosh or Unix).
