The Iowa Code, Iowa Code Supplement, or other supplements, Iowa administrative code, rules of civil procedure, rules of appellate procedure, and supreme court rules, session laws, annotations, tables of corresponding sections, and reports of the supreme court, unless otherwise specifically provided by law, shall be printed and paid for in the same manner as other public printing.
