  1  4 RELATING TO GRAIN REGULATION.

  1  6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  7 
  1  8    Section 1.  Section 203.1, subsection 10, unnumbered
  1  9 paragraph 1, Code Supplement 2003, is amended to read as
  1 10 follows:
  1 11    "Grain dealer" means a person who buys cumulatively
  1 12 purchases at least one thousand bushels of grain from
  1 13 producers during any calendar month one thousand bushels of
  1 14 grain or more directly from the producers of the grain, if
  1 15 such grain is delivered within or into this state for purposes
  1 16 of resale, milling, or processing in this state.  However,
  1 17 "grain dealer" does not include any of the following:
