  1  1    Section 1.  Section 94A.4, subsection 4, Code 2003, is
  1  2 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  3    NEW PARAGRAPH.  g.  Charge an employee a fee for the
  1  4 processing of the employee's paycheck.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill provides that employment agencies are not allowed
  1  7 to charge an employee a fee for the processing of the
  1  8 employee's paycheck.  A person who violates this new paragraph
  1  9 commits a simple misdemeanor.
