  1  1    Amend Senate File 2298 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 73, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "i.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004,
  1  5 and ending June 30, 2005, the board of pharmacy
  1  6 examiners may retain and expend 90 percent of the
  1  7 revenues generated from any increase after July 1,
  1  8 2004, in licensing fees pursuant to sections 124.301
  1  9 and 147.80, and chapter 155A, for purposes related to
  1 10 the state board's duties, including but not limited to
  1 11 the addition of not more than six full-time equivalent
  1 12 positions to those authorized in this division of this
  1 13 Act.  Fees retained by the board pursuant to this
  1 14 lettered paragraph are appropriated to the board of
  1 15 pharmacy examiners for the purposes described in this
  1 16 lettered paragraph."
