  1  1    Amend Senate File 2273 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Court costs occasioned by an appeal of an award of
  1  5 damages in a condemnation proceeding brought under the
  1  6 authority of section 479.24 or 479B.16, or under
  1  7 chapter 479A, shall be paid by the applicant for
  1  8 condemnation if the amount of damages ascertained by
  1  9 the court exceeds one hundred ten percent of the final
  1 10 offer of the condemner prior to condemnation."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1 12 "disposition of".
  1 13    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 14 word "proceeding" the following:  "concerning court
  1 15 costs and".
