  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5104, to Senate File 2257 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 10, by striking the word
  1  4 "consumer" and inserting the following:  "insured".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, line 12, by striking the word
  1  6 "consumer" and inserting the following:  "insured".
  1  7    #3.  Page 3, line 13, by striking the words ", an
  1  8 insurer shall do all of the following".
  1  9    #4.  Page 3, line 38, by striking the word "obtain"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "use".
  1 11    #5.  Page 3, line 39, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "information" the following:  "for underwriting or
  1 13 rating the insured upon renewal of the policy".
  1 14    #6.  Page 5, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1 15 "report" the following:  "or obtain".
