  1  1    Amend House File 2150, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1 by inserting before line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "However, it is an affirmative defense to a
  1  6 prosecution under this paragraph "g" that the person
  1  7 had reasonable grounds to believe that any action to
  1  8 stop the endangering activity or to leave the child's
  1  9 or minor's home would result in substantial bodily
  1 10 harm to the person or to the child or minor."
