  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 25, by inserting after the figure
  1  3 "4." the following:  "However, it is an affirmative
  1  4 defense to a prosecution under this paragraph that the
  1  5 person had reasonable grounds to believe that any
  1  6 action to stop the endangering activity or to leave
  1  7 the child's or minor's home would result in
  1  8 substantial bodily harm to the person or to the child
  1  9 or minor."
