1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 15, the

1 4 "Sec. ___. Section 465B.4, unnumbered paragraph 1,
1 5 Code 2003, is amended to read as follows:
1 6 To achieve the purposes of this chapter, there is
1 7 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 8 state department of transportation for each fiscal
1 9 year the sum of ten million dollars. In addition, the
1 10 state department of transportation, other state
1 11 agencies, political subdivisions of the state, and
1 12 private organizations may use funds from the following
1 13 sources:"
1 14 #2. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
1 15 word "highways" the following: ", appropriating funds
1 16 for recreation trails,".
1 17 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
