  1  1    Amend House File 2039, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 1, line 8 through page 2,
  1  4 line 21 and inserting the following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  SENIOR LIVING TRUST FUND.  There is
  1  6 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  7 senior living trust fund for the fiscal year beginning
  1  8 July 1, 2004, and ending June 30, 2005, the following
  1  9 amount:  
  1 10 .................................................. $118,000,000
  1 11    Sec.    .  Section 8.55, subsection 2, paragraph c,
  1 12 Code Supplement 2003, is amended by striking the
  1 13 paragraph."
  1 14    #2.  Page 2, line 23, by striking the figure "1."
  1 15    #3.  By striking page 2, line 27 through page 3,
  1 16 line 2.
  1 17    #4.  Title page, by striking lines 1 through 7 and
  1 18 inserting the following:  "An Act relating to state
  1 19 budget provisions involving the general fund of the
  1 20 state, senior living trust fund, and state reserve
  1 21 funds by making appropriations and including an
  1 22 effective date and applicability provision."
  1 23    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
