  1  6 figures "June 30, 2008" and inserting the following:
  1  7 "December 31, 2003".
  1  8    #3.  Page 103, line 29, by striking the word and
  1  9 figures "June 30, 2008" and inserting the following:
  1 10 "December 31, 2003".
  1 11    #4.  Page 103, line 34, by striking the words and
  1 12 figures "July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009" and
  1 13 inserting the following:  "January 1, 2004, through
