  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by striking lines 3 through 5, and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "a resident of the state.
  1  5 Within three months of appointment the clerk of the
  1  6 district court must establish residence and physically
  1  7 reside in the a county where the person serves as
  1  8 clerk.  A clerk of the district".
