  1  4    #2.  Page 6, line 16, by striking the figure
  1  5 "250,000" and inserting the following:  "310,000".
  1  6    #3.  Page 6, line 18, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "program." the following:  "A portion of the funds
  1  8 allocated in this paragraph may be used to establish a
  1  9 similar value-based treatment program at the Iowa
  1 10 correctional institution for women at Mitchellville."
