  1  3 "1." the following:  "a."
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "b.  The disallowance of the tax credit pursuant to
  1  7 paragraph "a" does not apply to an owner of a
  1  8 qualified facility that owns, directly or indirectly,
  1  9 in the aggregate, a total annual turbine nameplate
  1 10 capacity of all such property of less than one
  1 11 megawatt."
