  1  1    Amend House File 667, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 15, by inserting after line 9, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Of the funds appropriated in this subsection,
  1  6 $10,000 is transferred to the Iowa department of
  1  7 public health for allocation to community mental
  1  8 health centers to provide counseling services to
  1  9 persons who are members of the national guard and
  1 10 reservists activated but as yet not sent to combat
  1 11 zones and to the persons' family members.  The
  1 12 sessions shall be provided on a first come, first
  1 13 served basis and shall be limited to three visits per
  1 14 family."
