  1  1    Amend Senate File 445 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "c.  A county that has in effect on the effective
  1  5 date of this Act the local option sales and services
  1  6 tax shall not hold an election on the continuation of
  1  7 the tax sooner than nine years following the date on
  1  8 which the question of the imposition of the tax was
  1  9 first approved in the county."
  1 10    #2.  Page 4, line 23, by striking the word "c." and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "d.".
