  1  1    Amend Senate File 445 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "f.  The financial condition of the district,
  1  5 including the effect of the decline of the budget
  1  6 guarantee and unspent balance.
  1  7    g.  Broad and long-term ability of the district to
  1  8 support the facility and the quality of the academic
  1  9 program.
  1 10    h.  Cooperation with other educational entities
  1 11 including other school districts, area education
  1 12 agencies, postsecondary institutions, and local
  1 13 communities."
