  1  1    Amend Senate File 172, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by striking the words "Upon
  1  4 receipt of such a grant, the" and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "The".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 30, the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  Section 256F.11, as enacted by 2002
  1  9 Iowa Acts, chapter 1124, section 11, is amended to
  1 10 read as follows:
  1 11    SEC. 11.  NEW SECTION.  256F.11  FUTURE REPEAL.
  1 12    This chapter is repealed effective July 1, 2010
  1 13 2011."
  1 14    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 33 and 34, and
  1 15 inserting the following:  "application procedure for
  1 16 the fiscal year beginning not later than July 1, 2002
  1 17 2004, for purposes of receiving distributing federal
  1 18 planning funds".
  1 19    #4.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 20 and correcting internal references as necessary.
