  1  1    Amend House File 387, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 22.
  1  4    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 6 through 14, and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  Section 225C.5, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  7 c, Code 2003, is amended to read as follows:
  1  8    c.  One member shall be an active board member of a
  1  9 community mental health center selected from nominees
  1 10 submitted by the Iowa association of community
  1 11 providers."
  1 12    #3.  Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3, and
  1 13 inserting the following:  "by expanding an".
