  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 22, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  6 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  8 word "applicators" the following:  ", and providing an
  1  9 effective date".
  1 10    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
