  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3075, to Senate File 354 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "child" the following:  "who is under eighteen years
  1  5 of age".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 49, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "determine" the following:  "the applicability of the
  1  8 federal Indian Child Welfare Act or this chapter to a
  1  9 child custody proceeding based upon".
