  1  1    Amend Senate File 275 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 437A.3, subsection 21,
  1  5 paragraph a, subparagraph (1), subparagraph
  1  6 subdivision (am), Code 2003, is amended to read as
  1  7 follows:
  1  8    (am)  The city of Waukee in Dallas county and the
  1  9 area within two miles of the city limits of Waukee as
  1 10 of January 1, 1999, not including any part of the
  1 11 cities of Clive, Urbandale, or West Des Moines."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 13 internal references as necessary.
