  1  1    Amend Senate File 401 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 31, and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "as convenient and accessible to the
  1  4 extent practicable throughout the state".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "authority" the following:  ", or the Iowa department
  1  7 of public health following transfer of the matter to
  1  8 the Iowa department of public health pursuant to
  1  9 section 453A.2, subsection 5A,".
  1 10    #3.  Page 3, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "under" the following:  "either".
  1 12    #4.  Page 3, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "program" the following:  "which is approximately one
  1 14 hour in length as".
