1 1 Amend the amendment, S-3003, to Senate Resolution 1
1 2 as follows:
1 3 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
1 4 inserting the following:
1 5 # . Page 3, by striking lines 18 through 21 and
1 6 inserting the following:
1 7 "For each day of the legislative session, the
1 8 majority leader shall designate a time for points of
1 9 personal privilege. If a quorum is not present in the
1 10 senate chamber during the making of the points, time
1 11 for points of personal privilege shall be scheduled
1 12 for 8:30 a.m. on the next legislative day. "
1 13 # . Page 10 by striking lines 12 through 14 and
1 14 inserting the following: "limited to ten minutes.
1 15 For each day of the legislative session, the majority
1 16 leader shall designate a time for points of personal
1 17 privilege. If a quorum is not present in the senate
1 18 chamber during the making of the points, time for
1 19 points of personal privilege shall be scheduled for
1 20 8:30 a.m. on the next legislative day."
