  1  3 A Resolution relating to the scheduling of multiple
  1  4    committee meetings.
  1  5    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, That Rule 49,
  1  6 as adopted by the House of Representatives during the 2003
  1  7 Session in House Resolution 4, is amended to read as follows:
  1  8                         Rule 49
  1  9                   Committee Meetings
  1 10    No committee, except a conference committee or the
  1 11 administrative rules review committee, shall meet
  1 12 while the house is in session without special leave.
  1 13 Two committees with overlapping memberships shall not
  1 14 meet at the same time without special leave.
