  1  4 RELATING TO THE PURPOSES OF THE COMMUNITY ATTRACTION AND
  1  5    TOURISM PROGRAM.

  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  8 
  1  9    Section 1.  Section 15F.202, subsection 1, Code 2003, is
  1 10 amended to read as follows:
  1 11    1.  The board shall establish and the department, subject
  1 12 to direction and approval by the board, shall administer a
  1 13 community attraction and tourism program to assist communities
  1 14 in the development, and creation, and regional marketing of
  1 15 multiple-purpose attraction or tourism facilities.
