  1  2 as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 1, line 3, through page 2,
  1  4 line 26, and inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  By striking page 1, line 24, through page
  1  6 3, line 30.
  1  7    #   .  Page 4, by striking lines 27 through 31, and
  1  8 inserting the following:
  1  9    "Sec.    .  The section of this Act enacting
  1 10 section 422.12F applies retroactively to".
  1 11    #   .  Title page, by striking lines 3 through 6
  1 12 and inserting the following:  "preparedness, and
  1 13 including a retroactive applicability provision.""
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
