  1  6 and inserting the following:  "nine".
  1  7    #3.  Page 1, line 18, by striking the word "seven"
  1  8 and inserting the following:  "nine".
  1  9    #4.  Page 1, by inserting after line 31 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "(5)  One member representing the Iowa
  1 12 environmental council.
  1 13    (6)  One member representing the Iowa chapter of
  1 14 the sierra club."
