  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8564, to House File 2578 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 10 and 11 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "infrastructure fund
  1  5 pursuant to paragraph "c", there is appropriated to
  1  6 the environment first fund pursuant to section 8.57A,
  1  7 subsection 4, prior to moneys being".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 45, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "fund" the following:  ", after the appropriation made
  1 10 to the environment first fund pursuant to section
  1 11 8.57A, subsection 4,".
