1 2 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 4 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "In addition to the amount provided for costs
1 5 associated with project management services in this
1 6 subparagraph, the division of design and construction
1 7 may be reimbursed from moneys appropriated in this
1 8 lettered paragraph for such costs associated with
1 9 applicable capital projects in an amount not to exceed
1 10 $370,824, notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5,
1 11 paragraph "c". such reimbursement shall be provided
1 12 for pursuant to an agreement entered into with a
1 13 governmental entity to which the division of design
1 14 and construction provides project management services
1 15 relating to a capital project."
