1 2 #1. Page 24, by inserting after line 28 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . NEW SECTION. 422.65A ALLOCATION OF
1 5 REVENUE.
1 6 1. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005, and
1 7 ending June 30, 2006, and for each fiscal year
1 8 thereafter, the first seven million five hundred
1 9 thousand dollars received from the franchise tax shall
1 10 be deposited into the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund
1 11 created in section 8.57, and the remainder of the
1 12 moneys received from the franchise tax shall be
1 13 deposited in the general fund of the state.
1 14 2. The moneys deposited in the rebuild Iowa
1 15 infrastructure fund pursuant to subsection 1 are
1 16 appropriated to the community attraction and tourism
1 17 fund to be used as provided in section 15F.204."
