  1  4    "   .  For acquiring, constructing, and improving
  1  5 recreational trails within the state:  
  1  6 FY 2004-2005...................................... $  1,000,000
  1  7    Priority in expending the amount appropriated in
  1  8 this lettered paragraph shall be given to projects
  1  9 involving bicycle trails, bicycle lanes, and bicycle
  1 10 facilities."
