  1  1    Amend Senate File 2298, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 147, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "NEW SUBSECTION.  6.  Each county shall submit a
  1  6 report to the Iowa state association of counties to be
  1  7 shared with the legislative services agency on or
  1  8 before January 31, 2005, regarding the unaudited
  1  9 expenditures from the county's mental health, mental
  1 10 retardation, and developmental disabilities services
  1 11 fund."
