1 4 #1. Page 2, line 1, by inserting after the word
1 5 "cluster." the following: "A community cluster and
1 6 its governing board shall not levy a tax unless
1 7 specifically authorized by the governing body of each
1 8 participating governmental unit."
1 9 #2. Page 3, line 11, by inserting after the word
1 10 "cluster" the following: "by the governing body of
1 11 that participating governmental unit".
1 12 #3. Page 3, line 15, by inserting after the word
1 13 "cluster" the following: ", subject to the approval
