1 3 #1. Page 199, line 34, by inserting after the
1 4 figure "2004." the following: "Funds appropriated in
1 5 this section remaining unencumbered or unobligated at
1 6 the end of the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004,
1 7 shall not revert but shall remain available to be used
1 8 for the purposes designated and for a home ownership
1 9 assistance program for eligible members of the
1 10 national guard and reserves of the armed forces of the
1 11 United States and the members' immediate families."
1 12 #2. Page 204, by inserting after line 34 the
1 13 following:
1 14 " . The section of the division of this Act
1 15 amending 2003 Iowa Acts, chapter 179, section 21,
1 16 being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect
1 17 upon enactment."
