  1  6 "c" of this subsection, and which".
  1  7    #2.  Page 186, by striking lines 7 and 8 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  ""g", except that
  1  9 institutions defined in paragraph "c" of this
  1 10 subsection are exempt from the requirements of
  1 11 paragraphs "a" and "b":"
