1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting before line 3, the

1 6 "voter," the following: "a person designated by the
1 7 voter to return the ballot on election day only,".
1 8 # . Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
1 9 "voter," the following: "a person designated by the
1 10 voter to return the ballot on election day only,".
1 11 # . Page 16, line 4, by inserting after the word
1 12 "day." the following: "The statement shall also point
1 13 out that if the ballot is delivered to the
1 14 commissioner's office on election day, the applicant
1 15 may designate any person to deliver the completed
1 16 ballot to the commissioner's office.""
1 17 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 34, the
1 18 following:
1 19 "d. The sealed carrier envelope may be delivered
1 20 to the commissioner's office on election day by any
1 21 person designated by the voter."
