  1  4 "16,663,446" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "16,413,446".
  1  6    #2.  Page 163, line 27, by striking the figure
  1  7 "202.00" and inserting the following:  "200.00".
  1  8    #3.  Page 163, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "As a condition of the appropriation made in this
  1 11 section, 2.00 FTEs shall be eliminated from the local
  1 12 public defender's office in Muscatine."
