  1  1    Amend the committee amendment, H-8352, to Senate
  1  2 File 449, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the
  1  3 Senate, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  476.50  STATE GOAL FOR
  1  7 ALTERNATIVE ENERGY.
  1  8    It is the goal of this state that by 2012 four
  1  9 million nine hundred thousand megawatt hours of
  1 10 electricity used in this state be produced by
  1 11 alternative energy production facilities."
