  1  6    #3.  Page 3, by striking lines 1 through 6 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "A person who violates a provision of this chapter
  1  9 is guilty of a serious an aggravated misdemeanor."
  1 10    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
