1 2 #1. Page 2, by striking lines 19 through 25 and
1 3 inserting the following:
1 4 "b. Every purchase in excess of twenty-five
1 5 thousand dollars which is not made through a
1 6 competitive bidding procedure must be made in
1 7 compliance with the procedure set out in subparagraphs
1 8 (1) through (3). An individual purchase made pursuant
1 9 to a competitively bid master contract or agreement is
1 10 not subject to the requirements of this paragraph "b"
1 11 if the item or service purchased is specifically
1 12 delineated in the contract or agreement."
1 13 #2. Page 5, by striking lines 19 through 24 and
1 14 inserting the following: "Every purchase in excess of
1 15 twenty-five thousand dollars which is not made through
1 16 a competitive bidding procedure must be made in
1 17 compliance with the procedure set out in paragraphs
1 18 "a" through "c". An individual purchase made pursuant
1 19 to a competitively bid master contract or agreement is
1 20 not subject to the requirements of this subsection 12A
1 21 if the item or service purchased is specifically
1 22 delineated in the contract or agreement:"

1 24 inserting the following: "administrative services.
1 25 Every purchase in excess of twenty-five thousand
1 26 dollars which is not made through a competitive
1 27 bidding procedure must be made in compliance with the
1 28 procedure set out in subparagraphs (1) through (3).
1 29 An individual purchase made pursuant to a
1 30 competitively bid master contract or agreement is not
1 31 subject to the requirements of this paragraph "a" if
1 32 the item or service purchased is specifically
1 33 delineated in the contract or agreement."
