  1  1    Amend Senate File 2066, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 13 through 26 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "1.  A child under three years one year of age and
  1  6 weighing less than twenty pounds who is being
  1  7 transported in a motor vehicle subject to
  1  8 registration, except a school bus or motorcycle, shall
  1  9 be secured during transit by a in a rear-facing child
  1 10 restraint system which meets federal motor vehicle
  1 11 safety standards, and the system shall be that is used
  1 12 in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  1 13    2.  A child at least three years of age but under
  1 14 six".
